I need to get back on a program. I had a head injury toward the end of Insanity and never finished. Now I have been falling off the workout wagon far too often. I think it's time for another round of P90X. Anyone want to join me?
count me in. i'm finally going to do my p90X, have only had it for 8 months!! I'm going to take some time off of heavy weights and dive into the program for 90 days. hopefully I can make it through!
If anyone is in the Derry, NH area, I belong to Tim Barchard's Professional Martial Arts Academy and have belonged since Feb 2007. I am a recommended black belt in Thai Kickboxing. If you want something that's challenging, motivating, and has a black belt promotion system built in, this is THE BEST. Not only am I in the best shape in my life (and I'm 46), but I can defend myself, too. I'm strong, healthy, fit, and can kick ass.
