We have heard about the movies "Bucket List" & "Last Holiday," but how many of us have taken the time to realize the dreams we want to attain before we die? What would you put on your life list, the list of things you want to accomplish while here on earth? Start with 5 or 10 things, before you know it you too can have 100 things written. This list can serve as a means of accountability in not only achieving those dreams, but also in simply realizing them. One can put 1,000 to flight, but 2 can put 10,000 to flight. (Deuteronomy 32:30) Think of how many dreams we can put to flight with a whole network of moms partnering together!

5. Get a tattoo (accomplished: 7/27/09)
6. Go horse riding with Beth
7. Advocate for abuse survivors/foster care children
8. Own a vacation home
9. Take a 2 week vacation alone with my husband to a secluded beach
10. Ballroom dance with my husband

Ultimate Master Cleanse Results

I made it through ALL 21 days!  No starving-- the meals were very good and I learned some new foods that I like now!  In 21 days I had not only did I lose 10 pounds but my skin got soft and smooth. This is a cellular reset and it reset my metabolism. Most importantly it changed my relationship with food.  I no longer crave junk, coffee, meats or alcohol.  This was a great shift for me. I am not eating off the kid's plates nor eating while I prepare meals.  You can also go more Vegan with this structured plan.You can only walk during the 21 day program or do yoga.  This gives your body time to heal.If you are ready for change-- I am here for you.
