Bob Wright

Bob Wright brings over 20 years of investor relations, marketing and business development experience primarilyin the technology, internet and financial services industries. He is currently the owner of his own consulting and personal life coaching practice. He is a former principal of ETF Venture Funds; managing director of PHL Partners, a strategic marketing and technology consulting firm; independent consultant for Rivel Research Group, providing investor perception research for a multitude of companies including: Bank of America, Capital OneFinancial, Cardinal Health, CB Richard Ellis, CIT Group, Exelon,Genentech, Genzyme, Home Depot, Intel, Limited Brands, Northrop Grumman, 3M, McDonalds, Reynolds American, Prologis and UnitedTechnologies. Wright also previously served as Director of Investor Relations for two publicly held companies, Infonautics and Integrated Circuit Systems. In those roles, he was responsible for all financial marketing communications with the Wall Street community. He also served as Director of Business Development and Client Services for StockTrans, one of the nation’s most respected transfer agents, responsible for both growing the business and taking care of the customer base.

Elizabeth Dente, Vice President of Human Resources, Avon Products, Inc.

Liz has over 20 years of experience leading large scale business transformation programs. She spent ten years at the management consulting firm A.T. Kearney, and as a partner there led consulting engagements across Fortune 500 companies. More recently she joined Avon to lead transformation initiatives across Information Technology, Sales, and Human Resources. Avon, the company for women, is a leading global beauty company with over $10 billion in annual revenues and six million independent sales representatives worldwide. In addition to her professional experience, Liz brings insights to the board in her role as the mother of two mischievous children.

Agnieszka Winkler, Founder and Chairperson of The Winkler Group

The Winkler Group is a San Francisco based management consultancy specializing in branding and marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Ms. Winkler is also the founder, former Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of Winkler Advertising, founded in 1984, and TeamToolz, Inc., founded in 1999, both of which were acquired. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Cheesecake Factory and NASDAQ. Additionally Agnieszka sits on the Boards of Trustees for Ascension Health (one of the top 3 healthcare systems in the United States) and Santa Clara University.

Dr. Steven Pouls, President and co-founder of Family Medical Associates

Dr. Pouls is President and co-founder of Family Medical Associates, a four physician private family practice group. His focus has always been on optimal health, Wellness, and Preventative Medicine. Dr. Pouls interests and responsibilities however extend far beyond the office, as he also serve as the Chief Medical Advisor to a nationwide private equity group www.infusioncapitalgroup.com He is a proponent of small business ventures.Dr. Pouls assists in writing medically relevant articles and has had several op-ed pieces published in both local and nationally distributed newspapers. He has been married for over twenty years and has three children.
