- Tell us a little something about yourself.
- I am married to my best friend, a have a beautiful baby girl, I am pregnant with our second. Not only am I thrilled to be able to stay home and take care of our daughter. I own a personal training studio called Fitness Together here in my home town. I am able to make a difference in our clients lives by helping them reach their personal fitness goals.
- What would you like to change or improve?
- I would like to reach more people in the community. I know what a struggle weight loss can be. I would like to help people reach these weight loss goals.
- What are your 3 main goals in this area?
- 1. Help more people reach their goals.
2. Make sure they leave us educated on how to eat properly, and workout.
3. Give these people their self-esteem back!
- How can others help you to achieve your goals?
- I love when our clients write testimonials to how they have reached their goals! I would like to double the testimonials we have.

I'm so glad you joined BTBS. I hope you enjoy the topics and even blog about some of your experiences as a business owner and mom...and military spouse.
