Good Morning! Would any of the NJ/PA BTBS members be interested in creating a BTBS team for the National MS Society Walk on April 25th?
Hi Nicki,
Don't worry about directions. We'll get you a map and step by step directions if needed. Birchwood is located on the south end of Medford just off Jackson Road. I'm working on getting a sign made to make us a bit more visible. Perhaps a fe…
Hello everyone, I am actually from Gloucester County, Williamstown to be exact. I would love to go to the next meeting in Medford, but have the faintest idea where the heck Birchwood is.
I'm a mom of two boys, a veteran, a military spouse and a gardener. I'm originally from upstate NY but have moved around the world thanks to the US Air Force. I keep busy with raising my 8 and 10 year old and I hold down the fort while my husband deploys. I recently took a long hard look in the mirror and wondered where the heck did Darla go? I've decided to make a few changes, make friends and have fun. I'm 44 years old and I don't want to waste any more time with excuses. That once outgoing, fun and happy gal is on her way back thanks to BTBS!
What would you like to change or improve?
The very first thing on my list is to get my physically fit bod back. I need to get out more, be around people and enjoy life. Suzy told me not very long ago that I need to give myself permission to make changes. I need to give myself permission to climb out of the hole I dug for myself. She's right...and I'm climbing!
What are your 3 main goals in this area?
1. Get back into shape - working on it with P90X and running on my treadmill.
2. Take one day at a time but don't look back.
3. Have a successful Southern New Jersey Chapter and have fun with it.
How can others help you to achieve your goals?
Just smile and be supportive. Laugh and have fun.

It's easy to put off starting our own business thinking that we just don't have the time to start something new. However, if we want the time to do all the housework, and the time to spend with our kids, committing to an hour a day to our homebased business of choice and reaching out to two people a day about the products and business opportunity, really will make a huge difference. Before you know it, you will be able to stay home with your kids and not be so frustrated with your work schedule, while at the same time make more than enough income to pay the bills. I really encourage you start your own business.
