- What would you like to change or improve?
- I am the classic competitive overachiever who wants it all, and wants it all right now. This isn't all bad except when I find myself overly frustrated or find myself falling "out of balance."
I would like to spend more time being happy with myself for where I am on my journey versus falling into the over critical trap of ruminating on what I'm not doing excerise-wise, parenting-wise or growth-wise.
- What are your 3 goals in this area?
- Enjoying all parts of the journey more
Creating more realistic expectations and focusing on what I've done well versus what I could have done (though continuing to pursue challening goals and opportunities).
Truly appreciating this time with young children and sometimes this means "doing less" and just "being" more
