Don't forget the senior citizen population - we work at getting fit too

Well, I am proud to announce that I am completely off all meds such as Lipitor and Zolof. I am 71 but feeling 40. I have always enjoyed physical activity and fitness but this time I added Shakeology to my programs.I am so amazed that balancing my intake with my activity level would change all my numbers.I can use half the scoop in the shaker and keep it going all day so if I feel an urge come on to snack, I grab my shaker instead of M&M's. Thanks Suzy for setting such a good example for us.…See More
