Don't forget the senior citizen population - we work at getting fit too

Well, I am proud to announce that I am completely off all meds such as Lipitor and Zolof. I am 71 but feeling 40. I have always enjoyed physical activity and fitness but this time I added Shakeology to my programs.


I am so amazed that balancing my intake with my activity level would change all my numbers.


I can use half the scoop in the shaker and keep it going all day so if I feel an urge come on to snack, I grab my shaker instead of M&M's. Thanks Suzy for setting such a go
