My main goal for this year is to become more flexible in both mind and body.
H: What makes me HAPPY?
Spending time with my family, reading a great book, listening to music and singing (even though I can't sing!), shopping--especially for shoes, cooking a meal that the whole family enjoys, organizing drawers and closets, laughing with friends, going out dancing, reality TV (unfortunately, I'm addicted!), and re-organizing drawers and closets!
O: What am I OPTIMISTIC about?
I'm optimistic that my kids will stop fighting with each other!
No, seriously, I feel a shift in the world, from protecting our Earth, to understanding what exactly it is that we are ingesting in our bodies, to helping each other find our life's purpose. I'm optimistic that some day soon, the world will actually look the way it does through my rose colored glasses!
T: How am I TAKING ACTION?
I'm trying to absorb as much information as I can, build bridges with like-minded people, and find platforms, like Beyond the Bus Stop, that I can share what I learn.
