- What would you like to change or improve?
- I really do love my life, but the thing I need to change is the amount of attention I give to myself. I (like most other moms) have put myself on the back burner for a very long time and need to rearrange my life so that there is some time to focus on me.
- What are your 3 goals in this area?
- 1. to lose the weight I have gained since having my children so I can be healthier and feel the confidence I used to feel
2. to feel a sense of importance besides my role of wife and mother
3. to be an inspiration to others
