- What would you like to change or improve?
- I would like to continue working on changing my body shape. I've lost all but 3 lbs of my baby weight (had my youngest 7 months ago), and now I would like to sculpt my body.
- What are your 3 goals in this area?
- 1) continue eating healthy
2) workout every day
3) be a positive and healthy role model for my students
