What would you like to change or improve?
Although I am getting in the best shape of my life I am still very self-critical and often worry too much about what others think of me. Like all moms, I often focus too much on everyone else and not myself. I am looking forward to making improvements in these areas.
What are your 3 goals in this area?
1. Continue to put myself out there via social groups and wonderful support groups like this one.
2. Make time for myself every day.
3. Take risks and not worry about failure. Remember that all is a learning experience.
