- I am a mother of 3 and a Holistic Healthcare Practitioner as well as a Life Coach.
I use Home Education to enhance my children's learning styles and life experiences. They have had the best of both worlds when it comes to schooling.
- What would you like to change or improve?
- I am always looking for ways to bring in more fun activities and play.
- What are your 3 main goals in this area?
- 1.To help to Empower woman, especially with children of school age.
2.To meet like minded woman that believe there is always a better way in life and more Joy than meets the eye.
3.To remain independent and Unique while thriving in our Societal System.

- By choosing to live more full lives and a continued desire to grow. I love working with others who have personal goals.

It’s time to join the Chester County Chapter of Beyond the Bus Stop!
Two weeks ago the Chester County Chapter of Beyond the Bus Stop kicked off the New Year with our first Chapter Meeting of 2010. This month’s theme, “The Art of Goal Setting” helped each of us to put our own dreams and goals into words and identify how to take action to achieve them. As always, the energy in the room was contagious, fun and inspirational!

Well at the begining of July, I turned 30, which got me thinking about the next 10 years, which lead me to this list:
1. Finish Masters Degree in Counseling
2. Lose 30 pounds (and keep it off)
3. Quit "temporary" job (technically did this yesterday…
