I'm married, have two children (son - 8 daughter - 6) and a college freshman. I started the P90X program today - well actually just the intro video this morning. Hoping to be full swing by Wednesday!!

How's the P90X going? I'm in week six and I'm feeling strong. I was amazed at how easy it was to shovel all that heavy snow yesterday. It's great.

Well at the begining of July, I turned 30, which got me thinking about the next 10 years, which lead me to this list:
1. Finish Masters Degree in Counseling
2. Lose 30 pounds (and keep it off)
3. Quit "temporary" job (technically did this yesterday…
