I am a 57 year old woman who wakes up in the morning grateful for all that is around me.
Life was not always this way and I have certainly had my ups and downs, which at one point seemed more down then ever up.
Exercise and nutrition changed my life forever and has changed who I was; who was a very sad and depressed person always feeling like life was never fair.
I am so happy to have put on the extra weight from the combination of menopause and quitting smoking to make me change my life for the better forever. Proof that everything happens for a reason and it always understood in hindsight.
What would you like to change or improve?
I am honestly waking up with my eyes wide open for opportunity to knock every day and I never want to change that.
I would like to change the fact I live in Ontario in the Winter, or all of a sudden develop a great love for outdoor winter sports!
What are your 3 main goals in this area?
Always read inspirational words from others to encourage me to get out more in the winter months.
