What would you like to change or improve?
mostly my motivation , and my carb and chocolate or sugar addiction.
What are your 3 goals in this area?
1. Workout 6 days a week
2. Eat healthy--cut out the bad carbs
3. When I do have a sweet, be able to have just one, not the entire bag.

Lose 3 to 4 sizes, and maintain it.
I would love to not feel so self conscious in my golf or summmer clothes. Would love to wear sleeveless tops again
