I love this blog!! It is important for us mom's to take time for ourselves, not to be selfish, but to re-energize and recharge....so we can be a better wife and mother!!
I am a stay-at-home mom to my 4yo and 3yo boys. My husband has 3 boys from his first marriage, 8yo and 6yo twins. So my house is full of all kinds of testosterone! :) I have been really into my fitness journey for a little over a year and a half now and it is just a way of life for me now! I have developed such a passion for it that I am now a health and fitness coach with Beachbody.

H: What makes me HAPPY?
Being able to keep up with my children in any activity that they pursue as well as trying new activities that I've never been physically able to do before. I love pushing myself BEYOND what I think I can do!
O: What am I OPTIMISTIC about?
My future!
T: How am I TAKING ACTION?
I am stepping out of my comfort zone in order to make a difference in the lives of others!

Definitely LOTS of networking! Without a big budget you can't invest in alot of advertising but get your name out there any way you can! All that you mentioned I do, and it's all about reaching out. Free information people love! My Newsletter and my blog and my weekly inspiration all do that. Also keeps my name in peoples' minds. The website was costly but worth it, it's someplace to direct people who can learn more about what I do. I do link up with many sites online, some I pay for some I don't, through various Women's groups and networking online sites related to my community, such as the Chamber of Commerce. These ads are not as costly, or are sometimes free. Print advertising is very expensive. Sometimes you can barter services. I also offer gift certificates wrapped up in a basket of some nice goodies as a donation to area fundraising events. Some I create are larger and more costly than others depending on the event but people love to get something "free" while contributing to a good cause. Make up some business cards on Vista.com, which is extremely affordable, and leave them everywhere! Write back if you have more Q's! If you love what you do, people will come to you! Best of luck and have fun!! M

Well at the begining of July, I turned 30, which got me thinking about the next 10 years, which lead me to this list:
