Let's face it, when we are feeling lethargic or sick, we just really are not happy and it's hard to do our daily chores. When we take care of our health, we look forward to every day and we enjoy taking care of our family and building our business; when we are sick or lethargic to don't. Losing weight and being fit and healthy is not necessarily the same thing, though many people equate the two. There is a friend of mine, for example, who was very overweight and she decided she could lose weight on her own and she has lost weight all right, but is completely unhealthy. She is on a whole bunch of drugs for diabetes and an enlarged thyroid. Now she has found out that it is cancerous and that she needs surgery to remove it. She can barely eat anything beacuse it
