I am a jazz pianist and mother of 2. I am also the author of "The Daughter-in-Law Rules: 101 Surefire Ways to Make Friends with Your Mother-in-Law!" My vision is to inspire more harmony among mothers and daughters-in-law by teaching brides and wives the art of making friends with their husband’s mother. What would you like to change or improve?
I have been struggling with my weight ever since having my two kids (now 3 and 7) yo-yo dieting, and obsessed with trying new fad diets. I am a vegetarian and eat fairly healthly most of the time, but struggle with portion control and consistent exercise.
What are your 3 main goals in this area?
To lose weight (get to my target weight), tone up, and have lots of energy!
How can others help you to achieve your goals?
Others can help me by sharing their knowledge of how to work with the body to naturally achieve one's ideal weight, so that I am not constantly fighting an uphill battle.

Not sure if I dreamt it or life got insane and I never got it on "paper"! Boy, could I talk for hours about this one!
