What would you like to change or improve?
I have done a tremendous amount of work on my spiritual growth over the past 15 years. The two areas not quite master yet would be to become more physically fit. I would like to change my eating habits.
What are your 3 goals in this area?
I would like to learn how to cook with healthier ingredients.
Be a role model for my children showing them that it is really important to make good choices for their bodies and mind.
I would like to join beachbody.
