- Tell us a little something about yourself.
- Two years ago my life fell completely apart. My husband of 10 years suddenly passed away. The journey through grief has proven to be the most difficult thing I have ever gone through and the most powerful experience. A complete rediscovery of who I am, so much more than a wife and Mom. I just completed my certification to become a LIFE COACH. I am on an amazing journey, I never thought I would find and actual do the kind of work that coaching allows me to do. I can say with absolute certainty that I love what I do. It has help me to see myself in a whole new light and helped me identify exactly what was missing in my life and how I can truly be of service to others. Coaching is a gift. It showed me that it all counts – so count myself in. I am the blessed mom of two beautiful children.
- What would you like to change or improve?
- I have done a tremendous amount of work on my spiritual growth over the past 15 years. The two areas not quite master yet would be to become more physically fit. I would like to change my eating habits.
- What are your 3 main goals in this area?
- I would like to learn how to cook with healthier ingredients.
Be a role model for my children showing them that it is really important to make good choices for their bodies and mind.
I would like to join beachbody.
- How can others help you to achieve your goals?
- I would love the assistance of someone who has already been where I am currently and buddy up with me to set some goals for true lasting success. And a whole lot of fun.

NE Moms April Meeting! at Christy's House

The Northeast Nebraska Chapter is a group of like minded women from all walks of life, throughout Norfolk and the surrounding area, holding each other accountable for achieving our full potential and dreams.
Hope it was a great event! Sorry to have to miss...4 obligations scheduled in the 3-5 timeframe and can't be at all of them. Was there in spirit! (Actually, did some serious fashion damage at a CaBi this week...so will have to suffice for my indulge…
