I am married to a great guy, Roger and have 2 awesome daughters, Jessica (8 y.o) and Kylie (6 yo). I work part time as an OR nurse at Children's National Med. Center's Ambulatory Surgery Center in Rockville Md. I love the outdoors and traveling.
What would you like to change or improve?
I want to maintain a healthy diet along with exercise as part of my daily routine and in doing so lose the weight I've put on since having kids once and for all. I want to get back to being in touch with my spirituality which was an important part of my life before I had kids.
What are your 3 main goals in this area?
Continue to exercise daily along with a healthy diet.
Read more books that will stimulate the areas of spirituality that I enjoy.
Learn to visualize all the positive aspects of my life that I want to achieve.
How can others help you to achieve your goals?
That's a hard one. I get support from people around me, I think these are goals I need to achieve myself.

O: What am I OPTIMISTIC about?
That this is the year I will achieve my goals.
T: How am I TAKING ACTION?

Well at the begining of July, I turned 30, which got me thinking about the next 10 years, which lead me to this list:
