- What would you like to change or improve?
- I want to maintain a healthy diet along with exercise as part of my daily routine and in doing so lose the weight I've put on since having kids once and for all. I want to get back to being in touch with my spirituality which was an important part of my life before I had kids.
- What are your 3 goals in this area?
- Continue to exercise daily along with a healthy diet.
Read more books that will stimulate the areas of spirituality that I enjoy.
Learn to visualize all the positive aspects of my life that I want to achieve.
- Start creating your Beyond the Bus Stop Life List here (List Your Dreams & Goals)
- A healthy weight and diet.
To be in touch with my spirituality again.
To be able to use positive visualization to achieve these goals.
To cut 20 minutes off my time in the Columbia Iron Girl Triathalon in August.
