Profile Information

Tell us a little something about yourself.
I am a mother one heck of a great little boy (7 currently) a full time Master Dental Technician, and a Beach Body coach! I love helping people and making new friends. I love the outdoors, children and animals... music ( I am a musician) and learning. I love sports.. cycling, trail running , want to learn to surf , ski, and sail board, and have a goal of running the Western States 100 trail run. I also run youth camps to get kids out in the outdoors and teach safe hunting practices along with passing on our hunting heritage.
What would you like to change or improve?
I have had a very unhealthy relation ship with food regarding control and diet obsession, but am making huge improvements. Have not skipped days of eating in over 1 1/2 years now.. after spending 1 1/2 years eating about 3-4 days a week at best. I have rebuilt my body, but still have some past issues hanging on in the form of extra fat. I do have a lot of muscle being a life long athlete. I want to create a lean athletic body so I can pursue my physical sports goals and have more energy. I also want to learn how to put myself first in a healthy way, and not feel guilty, or allow outside influences and opinions to effect me.
What are your 3 main goals in this area?
I want to reach my ideal body weigth of 150lbs.

I want to look in the mirror and love myself.

I want to grow my beach body business so that in 5 years when my boss retires, I can be a full time fitness coach, and morph that into life coaching as well, along with write a book about my experieces... because I believe I am goig through all this so that I can help others not to.
How can others help you to achieve your goals?
I know it sounds strange, but I need to hear that I do deserve it.. I need to be reminded that I am the only thing that can truly stand in between me now and my goals. I need someone who checks in with me because they truly care that I reach my goals.
