I am searching for the me in mom. It is easy to get lost and forget what you want to do. I want to be in shape and find a new passion.
What are your 3 goals in this area?
Exercise 5-6 times per week
Eat healthier and learn to skip sweets most of the time.

Continue to make exercise a habit. Exercising 5-6 times a week with a good fitness program should definitley be a priority in all of our lives.
