So I have been stalling on this one for a while because I couldn't decide on what I wanted on it... but i realize now that I don't have to put everything on it!! So I am taking my top 3 goals, and 1 fun "in my lifetime I want to (blank)" items and working with that. In the past, I have used the " it isn't perfect " excuse as a cop-out.. ouch! truth hurts. I also found myself doing that if I had an imperfect workout week, financial week, or eating week. So I "start over" all the time. This is the one habit/ old way of thinking I am committed to turning around. So my Taking action on this is to drop excuses, and perfectionism.
Also making sure my "why" is stated clearly, and powerfully so I can see it every day.. posting it on my bathroom mirror, bedroom door, fridgerator, and vision board.
Next.. I have an entire weekend to myself, and I am purging my home. Getting rid of anyhting that is not necessary or is too rooted in the past.
