My tendency is to be obese, since it is in my genes. When I reached 13, I really started stuggling with me weight. I was overweight in highschool, and I gained even more weight in college. My eating habits were not good and I didn't exercise much. I would walk at times in college, but that didn't help me much since most of my life was inactive. When I found out I had already hit a size 16 when trying on a bride's maids dress, I knew it was only going to get worse. A few months later, I was diagnosed with gall bladder problems.

The doctor put me on a temporary solution to my problem. She had me eat a non-fat diet (no fat at all) and take some pills. That helped for a whole month, while the pills lasted, but being in a cafeteria that gave me hardly any options, so I was not eating right, plus I still didn't exercise. Since I wasn't getting many nutrients in my body, my immune system was getting lowered and I would get sick more often.

When I finished college, I started looking for ways to permanently resolve my overweight problem, which was causing me many health problems. I found out that eating healthy and exercising properly helped me tremendously. I purchased a program that helped me in my nutrition so I now had little cards with recipes on them for breakfast, lunch and dinner that had the right ratio of carbs, protein and fat. What a huge difference that made. Once I made the cards, the work was pretty much done. I just had to look through the cards to see what I wanted to prepare for that particular meal. It was a great nutrition plan. As far as exercising, the program was a weight lifting and jogging program. The program was effective and I lost weight.

Life went on and I got divorced, went through a hard time and I went up and down in my weight. I didnt' continue my plan since I ended up losing my focus and finally losing all my recipe cards; in addition, I found that I didn't like jogging much and I found lifting weights boring. I got into other programs, I joined Bally Total Fitness, I walked a lot.... I did things that kept my weight down, but I was pretty sickly. I would get bad migraines quite often, I would get excruciating stomach cramps quite often and I had really bad allergies that attacked me all the time. To top it all off, my blood sugar was wacky and I was prediabetic.

When I got remarried, I was able to be a stay at home mom. I started looking into ways to get fit, and not just be thin. I started looking into ways to also be very healthy and keep my family healthy. I became a distributor with a company that had been around for a very long time, but slowly started realizing that their products were not as healthy as I thought. I lost interest in them and in building a buisness with them. I got involved with another company that seemed to have excellent products, but the more I researched about health, the more I realized that they had very few products that were good for us, plus their business plan totally sucked; I wasn't even allowed to mention their name when I advertised!! I finally ended up signing up with a company that completely changed my life and the life of my family. Their products were excellent and the business plan was amazing as well. I realized that I could help people all over the world. That company was Young Living.

In addition to getting great products to be healthy, I also wanted something that would keep me fit. That is when I learned about another amazing company that had some a four-part fitness program and some totally awesome, fun and effective fitness videos. That company was BeachBody. I started exercising with these videos and started actually getting fit; I wasn't just thin anymore, I actually was getting fit, and there is a big difference. Young Living kept me healthy, and Team BeachBody kept me fit. Both of these companies helped me get fit, healthy and energetic, so now it's time to pay it forward.

I have learned over the last few years what it takes to be truly fit, healthy and energetic. I now enjoy paying it forward by introducing people to the companies that have products to help them reach their fitess goals; companies that help them get fit, healthy and energetic... for a lifetime. I love to pay it forward!

Ultimate Master Cleanse Results

I made it through ALL 21 days!  No starving-- the meals were very good and I learned some new foods that I like now!  In 21 days I had not only did I lose 10 pounds but my skin got soft and smooth.
