On Thursday, March 4, stylist Sally Miller of Harmonic Life & Style LLC will give moms the "biggest style secret ever." She describes this secret as a "fabulous freebie that is totally overlooked and the key ingredient to style success." It is also something that she said, "will change the way you get dressed forever." Sally describes herself as a "soul stylist," which she said is someone who helps individuals discover and live their lives authentically. "Positive energy is my vibe, and I am committed to setting people free from the energetic limitations and restrictions that hold them back from knowing and living a harmonious lifestyle," she said. "Rock who you are!"

The workshop is part of the March meeting of Beyond the Bus Stop (BTBS), a national organization that empowers and supports moms to live their dreams. The Chester County chapter will meet at 7 p.m. at At Your Service in downtown West Chester.

It's hard enough tweaking a wardrobe to play to the strengths of a post-baby body, but trying to do so while juggling kids, career and the multitude of other mom tasks can seem nearly impossible.

As a result, BTBS notes that it's easy to get lost in today's fashion, especially for moms who have been many sizes during the child bearing years and who have experienced many emotional changes as well. During the workshop, Sally will teach attendees to define and express their unique style.

Sally's top advice for moms is to "listen to their inner desires" and to "stop judging themselves."

"Great style is easy to achieve on any budget," she said. "You owe it to yourself to feel GREAT about yourself. Good enough is just NOT acceptable. Make the time to express your true self always even if you only have time to throw on a accessory. Just make sure it is a match to your energy," she said.

Authentic is also sexy, Sally said.

"It is my wish that women walk away (from the workshop) with a greater sense of self love and acceptance," she said. "Beyond the Bus Stop is about women having the confidence to embrace who they are inside and out. Style is not as much about high fashion as it is about stepping into your power."
