banks and commercial real estate consulting firms. With a background in
real estate capital markets (investment banking), she is also has experience as a small business banker financing start-ups.   In 2008, Tiara was Director of Securitization for a large financial institution and was laid off as the market went south...and was 6 months pregnant. Necessity being the mother of invention, Tiara started consulting. A graduated from Davidson College she also has an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte (McColl School of
