On Word of Mom Thursday at 2pmET/11amPT Dr. Monique Wells is sharing with me on BlogTalkRadio.  Dr. Wells is known as the “Paris Muse of Time Management™.” Having lived in Paris, France since 1992, she uses her knowledge and passion for the city to breathe excitement into her time management programs. Using vivid imagery and tales of famous Parisian personalities, she 1) encourages participants to identify their personal time management issues, and 2) inspires them to use the tools that she provides to implement changes that will increase their mastery of time in the workplace.

The Time Management: Inspiration and Implementation™ programs were created by Dr. Monique Y Wells, 11-year owner of a travel planning service and 8-year owner of a preclinical safety assessment consulting firm. Managing these small home businesses, as well as simultaneously designing and implementing the marketing and PR strategy for her husband’s book Paris Insights – An Anthology, has honed what Dr. Wells calls her “natural endowment” of time management skills to razor sharpness. Ultimate Master Cleanse Results

I made it through ALL 21 days!  No starving-- the meals were very good and I learned some new foods that I like now!  In 21 days I had not only did I lose 10 pounds but my skin got soft and smooth. This is a cellular reset and it reset my metabolism. Most importantly it changed my relationship with food.  I no longer crave junk, coffee, meats or alcohol.  This was a great shift for me.
