What a week! So, last Thursday, I self-published my first book, "The Faith Challenge" and on Tuesday I hosted a workshop on Talkshoe radio with Cindy Rushton. The workshop was based on an article I wrote called "Messy Motives and Wrong Way Roads" . I've listened on Talkshoe before but never "taught" on it :). What a great experience! I learned so much and was SO blessed to see the hearts of other Mommies.

We also had 2 awesome Turbo Kick classes - The Best of Vol. 6 is super intense. Wow! My class size has exploded - it's that time of the year when everyone's heading to the gym :). I LOVE my regulars - they really are the best, and the newbies have been fun!

So, today, Seth and I are grabbing his sled and going to a sledding party with other local homeschoolers. Ahh... the joys of homeschooling :)! We've both worked hard this week and have earned some fun!

Thanks, Cheryl! I tell you, the Turbo keeps me feeling young :). One young woman who just joined was in 5th grade when I first started teaching. At first that made me feel old, but, I admit, it makes me smile to see her sucking wind - terrible of me, I know, LOL!

I made it through ALL 21 days!  No starving-- the meals were very good and I learned some new foods that I like now!  In 21 days I had not only did I lose 10 pounds but my skin got soft and smooth.
