I am honoured to be a part of your site and to invite women I know to it.
I understand now, after looking at the Books you recommend why you and I clicked immediately when I went to FB to find you and congratulate you on your win with BB. We both have read and taken ACTION on the words we have read in these books. If you have never read Wayne Dyers Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life, I highly suggest you read this. It is a chapter a day with words to make you stop, all through the day, and look at what your life has been, is and can be due to thoughts.
I am forever grateful for your encouragement.

Well at the begining of July, I turned 30, which got me thinking about the next 10 years, which lead me to this list:
1. Finish Masters Degree in Counseling
2. Lose 30 pounds (and keep it off)
3. Quit "temporary" job (technically did this yesterday…
